とってもとっても嬉しくて。
現地の方が、なんと！奈良漬をおうちで作ってる！
という驚きの出会いや
日本人の現地在住の方に
懐かしい～というお声もいただいたりもしました。

朝から晩までTEAM 奈良のみなさんと
ご一緒だったのが何よりも心強くて。

なかなかストレートに伝えるのが難しい
奈良漬のコト、世界観を次々と英語で
ビルドアップしてくださったスタッフさん。
日本＆オーストラリアの
事業者さんやシェフとの
ご縁もいただいて。

大感激の日々に心から感謝しています。
本当にありがとうございました。

My participation in the Australian Sake Festival 2024 is supported by Nara City, JETRO Nara, and the Nara Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
I am so happy that Australians who love Japan and sake have sampled and purchased Naraduke.
A person living in Australia is making Naraduke at home! I had a surprising encounter.
I was also happy to hear that a Japanese person living in Australia commented that it had a nostalgic taste.

I have also had the opportunity to connect with everyone at TEAM Nara and business people and chefs in Japan and Australia.
The staff who built up the world view of Naraduke, which is difficult to convey directly, one after another in English.

I am truly grateful for the wonderful days.
